The selection process is open and straightforward, following 100% of the public notice or recruitment scope. In the one I participated in, there were stages like group dynamics and cases related to the job functions, a teaching test, and an interview with managers. Tip... Group Case Presentation Behavioral

I applied online. I was invited in November 2025, via email, to participate in a group activity to assess behavioral profile with two evaluators. Initially there were eight candidates, but some opted to reschedule. After a brief introduction of the participants, we received a case study where we had to teach a class in an "underwater" room, with students already adapted to that environment. We had 15 minutes to prepare the class, and then we chose one person from the group to present how the dynamics of this class would work. The evaluator gave us feedback and, to finish, we had to mention a characteristic starting with the first letter of our name that defined us as professors. The whole process lasted about an hour. I received feedback on this activity the same day via email.

Behavioral

The process is very interactive, immersive, and dynamic. Some questions about where you live, your commute, and your routine show they care about the future employee's location. Other concerns, not often found in other interviews, make the process flow well. However, there's no answer if you're not selected, so if you don't get the job, you won't hear back.
