Foi um processo cansativo e com incertezas. Teve vários passos e uma prova técnica que cansou. Começou com a entrega do currículo, aí tive uma entrevista com alguém do RH que fez uma triagem. Depois fui para uma prova prática, que demorou, onde me pediram pra colocar o EPI, lavar louça com esponja normal e carregar uma 'burrinha', que é uma máquina que eu não conhecia.

The process was very organized, though there were many people. About 30 people participated in the selection. It started with a group test, followed by an individual Portuguese test. The company first presented its benefits, explaining each point, where you would work, and the benefits, but not the hours, although I assume they are standard business hours.

It was exhausting, lasting a whole morning from 8 AM to 12 PM. There were a lot of candidates, about 20 for just one position, and I don't understand why so many people were chosen for only one spot. There were many stages: personal introduction, group activity, evaluation of the group opposite yours, and also a practical assessment on computer use, writing, and Excel, all for a role where we'll be dealing with people. There was supposed to be a second day of assessments, only for those who passed the first day. What's more, I never received any feedback, positive or negative; I'm still waiting for a response, and it's been a month since the interview.
