Character Performer
The hiring process was super quick and easy. I got hired the same day! The staff was really nice. They interviewed multiple people at once, and it seemed like mostly kids and younger folks were interviewing.
- Are you able to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods?
Human Resources Trainer
I had a good experience, I didn't feel nervous at all. First, there was a screening where they asked about my goals. Then, I had an online interview with the training manager and supervisor, not the HR coordinators. I think I answered the other two questions when I talked about my experience, or maybe I forgot them. They also had me do a 5-minute presentation on any topic to check my public speaking skills.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Have you done any public speaking before?
Supervisor
I had my first interview with three managers, and it was at their HR department. It was a pretty chill environment. They are looking for people who are enthusiastic and excited about the job. Then I had another interview just with the manager for rehiring. They want someone who can work all shifts, usually 40 hours a week, but sometimes more is needed.
- What would you do if three things were going wrong at the same time?
- How would you handle an angry guest?
- What is your most unique quality?
Rides Host
After I applied online they called me for an interview. It was supposed to be a group interview but not enough people showed up so they did individual interviews that day. After my interview I was immediately hired. They gave me paperwork to fill out and bring back for my sign-on appointment. After the sign-on appointment you have to go through an orientation class. Then you start training.
- Can you share an instance of a challenging situation you faced and how you resolved it?
- Describe a situation where you took on a leadership role.
- Can you provide some details about your personal background?
