The first telephone interview I had got rescheduled because the original interviewer couldn't make it. After that, I had an interview with the president and some other technicians. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to a third interview round.

The interview process included a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a final interview with the President and HR. I thought the process took way too long. I was not given the job offer because they hired someone who was more technical. My problem with this is that they knew this before my second and final interview. The job was for administrative tasks, not technical, and I had the experience for it. I did appreciate the experience, but I felt like it was a waste of time to keep me in consideration for the job and then choose someone with technical skills when the job posting didn't mention it and they knew this from my resume when they contacted me.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was straightforward, involving many interviewers. The company president briefly attended. I accepted the role based on an interviewer's vision, but was disappointed when they were let go. The interviews included unbacked promises about the company's future and overstated progress on services. Only one service was operational and it was subpar. Training was not discussed, and I discovered it was an afterthought during onboarding. While not a difficult interview, I initially felt it was sincere, but later suspected it was a tactic to overlook the company's lack of direction and management.
