The interview process consists of basic and direct questions, where they evaluate your knowledge and present hypothetical cases for you to answer. The process varies depending on the interviewer, so there isn't a pre-established format. It's advisable to study beforehand and be prepared.
- What is your knowledge of the subject matter?
- What do you know about legislation?
- Are you aware of recent updates?
Accounting Area
The interview was nice and very fast, but they could be more meticulous in the interviews, it was very simple. The internal administrative process is slow, they could improve that. They don't give you much idea of the position you're going to enter. It's complicated to find parking.
- Why are you interested in the position?

To get into the hiring process, you need a recommendation or a call-out. It's important to turn off your phone. First, you'll talk to a recruiter who will ask you things like what service attitude is, your weaknesses, and why you think you were recommended. Then, you'll fill out a digital file with your information. After that, you'll take some tests, including math and Spanish, and questions to see if you're trustworthy. These need to be answered honestly and have a 10-second time limit each. Following that, you'll sign some papers, but this doesn't guarantee you'll get the job. Nobody will tell you if you got in; only the administrators of the area you're applying to and the module know. They are the ones who decide if you get in. If you fail the tests, they can still hire you, and if you pass, they have the power to reject you. If they decide you don't get in, you're banned from applying to other areas for a set period, currently 1 year, but it used to be 6 months. Don't trust just anyone at the company to recommend you unless they are very close with the department head or administrator. The department head must have passed your CV to the sub-administrator or administrator, who will then digitally send your documents for you to take the exams. Many people already working there, even in low positions, will say they'll recommend you and might send you to take tests, but it's likely you won't get in. The process is slow; they'll only call you when there's a budget. Jobs will open up when the budget allows. After passing the tests, it takes about a month to start, and you can begin on the 1st or 15th of the month. Apparently, nobody knows when the budget opens because it's high-level information, and any info you get might not be accurate.
- Did you have benefits before?
- What does service attitude mean to you?
- Why do you think you were recommended for this position?
