Behavioral Other

The whole interview process was the worst. I got their first call and we started off with a very casual friendly talk asking where I'm from and whatsoever, asking about my current pay, how is company bonus like. The next questions was a bit personal which I feel a bit suspicious but I answered anyway. The next thing, I was being lectured by the interviewer saying that I'm not a good fit for the company by how I answered it and will not be proceeding my application and telling me how I am supposed to answer. The way that the interviewer handle the situation was pretty bad and very suspicious at the same time and the tone was undelightful. I would expect it to let me know either you going to process my application or not BUT not lecturing me. (well it was an experience to have such interview)

The process was easy. First, HR called me. I had one round of interviews with the senior manager and the level 1 manager. They mostly asked about my working experience, and they were looking for someone with specific language skills.

I was living in Austin, Texas at the time. Sent my resume to my friend who forwarded it to one of the ServiceSource recruiters (Jon Julian). JJ called me and did an initial phone screen, went over pay, hours, basic stuff. He set up a phone interview for me with a sales manager. That call didn't go well. JJ called me back a week later and set up another phone interview with a different sales manager the following day. That interview did go well. JJ called me the day after to offer me the job. Everything was done over the phone/online. I did use my video recordered on my computer though for a video feed so the manager and I could see each other.
