Applications Support Engineer
The first interview was with the recruiter, including behavioral and some technical questions. Then, there was a technical assessment. Finally, an interview with the manager involved more behavioral and technical questions. It was a really nice experience, everyone was friendly and there was no pressure.
- How would you handle an angry customer?
- Describe your process for replicating an environment.
Applications Support Engineer
The interview was too technical with no flexibility on answering questions. The interviewer seemed very strict and didn't allow for on-the-job learning. The recruiter didn't prepare me with the questions beforehand.
- Can you explain advanced shell scripting?
Support Engineer
My interview lasted about 30 minutes, it was pretty thorough. It was less technical and more general questions were asked, conducted by two people. I was only in the first phase. The interviewers were friendly and the office was nice.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
