First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ServiceMaster Restore.
Director
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I first had a meeting with the hiring manager over TEAMS. Then, I chatted with the recruiter, and after that, I had a more formal meeting. They extended a verbal offer about a week later.
- What are the key components that make up a strong culture?
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. It wasn't a lot of back and forth, but it was pretty standard for the business. I think more companies should use this simple format. I'd be happy to go through it again.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations?
Project Manager
The interview process lasted about 4 weeks and included drug tests. There were 3 interviews: one with a manager and the final one with the CEO and CFO. The interviews were pretty average and not too difficult, mostly focusing on past events.
- What's your approach when dealing with a challenging customer?
Project Manager
It was a pretty laid-back process. They mainly asked about my past work history in the industry and my experience managing teams. They also wanted to know if I could handle supervising multiple crews and if I had any certifications or training.
- Could you share your experience in this specific industry?
- What's your background in managing projects or teams?
- How comfortable are you with overseeing several crews at once?
