First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Service Response Partners.
Support Engineer
Got an initial email, then phone interviews. They hurried me into the first phone interview, saying training started Monday. Passed that, and a manager was supposed to call for rounds two and three. He missed both days he was supposed to call. Finally, we talked Saturday night. I shouldn't have bothered after the initial rush then getting jerked around for three days. He seemed disengaged and uninterested. Said they weren't sure they could fit me in the upcoming training class and might have to consider me for the next one, but wanted to talk anyway. I was polite but thought, 'Well if you hadn't jerked me around for three days, we wouldn't be having this issue.' Felt like he wasn't as impressed with me as the first manager was and was delaying hoping another candidate would emerge.
- Can you describe an instance where you aimed lower or higher than your actual capabilities?
Technical Support
Applied two months ago and had three phone interviews. There was a computer test and some technical questions. The HR people and operations manager were very personable and friendly. They seemed excited about the position and the contracting company.
- Can you explain what a double NAT is?
Customer Care Agent
The first interview was a phone call. They asked about my experience in an inbound call center and my home setup for remote work, including my internet connection. The second interview was in person at their local office with the Director of Finance. They asked general questions and then I took a computerized customer service test, needing to score over 70%. They measure performance stats like QA, CSAT, Retention, and Productivity, with specific targets. The third contact was the offer, which was delivered over the phone.
- Given a set of circumstances, what is the role of customer service?
- Understanding that the customer is eHarmony and actions governed by their customer service metrics that they employ, however unethical not typical or fair standards of doing business as outlined in the Consumer Protection Agency standards.
Technical Support Specialist
The process was super fast and efficient. First, I had a phone interview, then an online video interview. They also gave me some skills tests to do. After that, there was a month of training with more quizzes. Then, a 3-month testing period, and if everything goes well, I get to stay with the company.
- Was your internet connection reliable?
- Do you have a computer for work?
- What are your career goals regarding this role?
