Marketing
I applied online. About two days later, I got a call and they invited me in for an interview. When I got to their office, I met with about 5 or 6 people, each for about 6 minutes. I was also part of a Q&A with other people interviewing for the same role. They gave us a tour of the building and I had to complete a two-page test. This was a new type of interview for me, and while it was a good experience, I'd suggest letting people know beforehand that it's a group interview. You don't just meet the company employees, you also meet other candidates for the same job. It was a big surprise to see other people interviewing for the same position when I arrived.

Social Media Coordinator
I submitted an online application and about a week later was invited for an in-person interview. Before the interview, I had to complete an assessment that took around 30 minutes. When I got there, it turned out to be a group interview. We got a short tour and then were interviewed by about six people in the same room, similar to speed dating. We also had to take a basic skills test, which was just math problems. After all that, we could ask questions about the company. The questions were pretty straightforward and the staff were nice. I do wish they had mentioned it was a group interview beforehand, though. Especially with everything going on now...
- Why are you interested in working for Service Professor?
Dispatcher
Started with an email, then a phone interview. After that, I got a link for a Wonderlic test. Then, there was a group interview with 5 managers. They gave us a tour and did a quick 5-minute Q&A, explaining the company and the job. Finally, I got to do a "ride along" to see what the job is really like.
- What are your thoughts on the meaning of "Hungry, Humble, Smart"?
- Can you share an example of someone you've admired in your life and explain the reasons behind it?
