Warehouse Supervisor
It was a one on one in-person interview that was very laid back and easy going. I heard back regarding the results fairly quickly and the interviewer was attentive and answered all of my questions.
- Tell me about your general warehouse and operations experience.
Warehouse Worker
Had a face to face interview, we did a walk through the facility, talked about the job offer and position details. Didn't really speak too much about the company itself or benefits. Beside the one manager in the interview grilling me I felt the company needs to be improved.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What makes you a good candidate for this role?
- Can you tell me about what happened at your last job?
Programme Analyst
It was a super straightforward interview process, with direct questions about the job. I met with the hiring manager and some team members one-on-one in a conference room. Everyone was really friendly and asked some relevant questions. It felt more like they were trying to see if we'd be a good fit personality-wise.
- Could you tell me about your JDE experience?
- What's your experience with C programming?
- Do you have experience with JDE or Crystal reporting?
Outside Sales
Went through two interviews for this role. It felt pretty informal and spontaneous. The first interview had nice people who didn't seem to stick to a script. I actually liked the conversation and the genuine exchange. The second interview had a different person. It seemed like management wasn't on the same page because the job duties were explained differently by this interviewer. It felt like they were figuring it out as they went. After the interviews, they asked me to make a series of follow-up calls, but they didn't call back, which was pretty disappointing and unprofessional.
- What's your approach to handling objections about price?
