The interview process was pretty simple and well laid out. It had three stages that went from one to the next really well. Each part checked technical skills and problem-solving, and also gave a chance to talk about experience and if I was a good fit for projects. They kept me updated clearly and fast, making it efficient and professional. I got an offer soon after finishing the last part.

The entire process spanned a single week. I started by submitting my application directly through the job posting. Then, there was an initial HR screening. After that, I had a chat with the Product Manager. The final step was an interview with the Engineering Manager and Tech Lead.

  • The Engineering Leadership Interview was enjoyable and delved into the specifics of my past projects, my skills in mentorship, my process for reviewing PRs, and how I stay current with industry trends. It also included questions about my technical expertise in our stack.

The whole process was pretty awful and a total waste of time. People should probably just steer clear of this place if they can. They seem to do it to get a lot of applicants and just make sure they know their stuff...
