First, a phone screening with corporate HR. Then, a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Next, a phone interview with the Sales Director. After that, a Face to Face interview with the Hiring Manager. Following that, a "Ride-a-Long" with seasoned account executive in a similar territory. Finally, the last interview with the Hiring Manager.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was long and thorough. With sales, this is preferred I think. I was glad to see that Service Express took their hiring so seriously. I like to know the people i am working beside are vetted, qualified, quality people. The recruitment process gave me a really good opportunity to get to know them so that i made a good decision.

Behavioral Other

It took a few months to get through the interviews. I first talked to the recruiter, then the regional sales manager, and finally the national sales manager. It was a pretty standard sales interview process. The recruiter and regional sales manager had a formal Q&A. The national sales manager interview was more of a casual chat, and it was in person.
