Had a phone call first, then a zoom meeting with a talent scout. After that, another zoom interview with the regional manager. Finally, an in-person meeting where they looked into my background, discussed the job details, and asked specific questions about my experience.

It was great, and please don’t depend on my review alone. Experiences vary by person, context, and expectations, so I encourage you to explore it yourself and form your own independent opinion before deciding fully.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through 3 interviews: first a recruiter, then the regional manager, and finally the sales manager for the branch I applied to. Each interview was about an hour long. Everyone seemed nice and knowledgeable, and really interested in me, and I was in them too. After each interview, I asked if they thought I'd be a good fit and successful in the sales role, and they all gave positive answers. I really thought I was going to get the sales job. But at the end, I was offered a technician position, which wasn't what I applied for and hadn't been mentioned at all. I made it clear throughout the interviews that I was applying for a sales position, so I found this really confusing. I might have taken the technician role if it had been mentioned or if there'd been any hint towards it, but there wasn't. So I turned it down. I couldn't even get a reason for the change, which felt like a bait and switch. My advice is to check reviews nationally, as this seems to be a company-wide issue. They paint a very different picture than what you experience initially. If they use these kinds of tactics with potential employees, imagine what they do with customers or expect from you on the job.

I met with the regional manager in Atlanta and the meeting went well. They then suggested I interview with leadership. I flew to Texas for the interview and met the entire leadership team. Each person I met told me how great I am and that we would definitely be moving forward. Then, once you leave, you never hear from them again. It was surprisingly amateurish.
