They made the process really easy. I had constant communication with Julie, and she was happy to answer all my questions. The interview with Steven went well. He has a lot of experience with the company, and it made me feel good about the possibility of joining his team.

I went to a job fair for the Support Center and had my first interviews there. Soon after, I was invited for a virtual second interview. Everything from beginning to end was super smooth and quick. They kept me in the loop with clear communication, the questions they asked were good and made sense for the job, and I liked how fast the whole thing moved. It was a really good experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

HR recruiter called me for an onsite interview. They asked standard questions and about which core values I agreed with most, which felt disingenuous. The manager, Mark, was supposed to call by Thursday to set up an onsite interview at the Concord location, but I had to remind them. He eventually called and asked interview questions on the phone before we'd even agreed on a time. I met him in person, did well, and was told I'd meet President Kevin and be hired if I agreed to the sales plan. I followed up on Monday as instructed, but got no response via email, text, or calls. It felt like a waste of time, either due to disorganization or because they hired someone else and didn't bother to notify me.

Found the job ad on Indeed, submitted my application. Had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an initial interview with them. They checked references, and then I had a final interview with department managers. I was offered the position, and then had a background and drug screen, plus a personality assessment.
