The interview was online. I first had to do a case study presentation which was given a few days prior. Then, interviewers asked me CV related questions and followed by some behavioral questions.

The interview process was great and relaxed; they were not intimidating and gave plenty of time to answer. I really suggest them for how considerate they were. I submitted my application in January 2023. I completed an online exam on February 20th and sent in my educational documents. Then, I had an interview on March 6th. On April 5th, I got an email for a preliminary security check. They told me during the interview that if I got the security check email, I should consider myself hired, assuming I passed the security check, and that the next step would be a letter of offer. So, I'm still in the middle of the hiring process.

Behavioral Technical

It was a face-to-face video call with the manager, a senior team member, and the director also joined for a bit. They were all nice and asked good questions, and they listened to and answered mine. It felt like they were looking for a good mutual fit, which turned out to be true after I started. They were quick with setting up the interview and getting the contract sorted (it was a casual contract after graduation). Turns out the whole team was great – positive, hardworking, and genuine. They really knew how to hire. While the experience can vary by team, how they interacted with me in the interview gave me a good sense of how the team operates and how they'd welcome me.
