I had a standard, thorough interview. The facility operations manager and his boss, who joined via conference call, interviewed me in person. Before the interview in the conference room, I got a brief tour of the facility.

So basically, I had one interview with the person who would be my direct report. Then I talked to an HR person, a VP, and a manager from that department. They asked a mix of stuff. Some questions were super specific about my skills and asked for examples from my past jobs. They also threw in some theoretical questions, like how I'd categorize a million dollars of something. And since I just graduated, they asked about my college stuff too.

The company paid for me to travel, and then I had interviews with two different C-level employees. It was a really thorough interview process. Each of them spent more than an hour talking with me. They asked really good, in-depth questions.
