First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sertifi.
Software Engineer
It was straightforward. I took an online test first. Then, they invited me for an on-site interview. I passed all the stages and they verbally offered me the job. I had some concerns, so they arranged a call with the hiring manager. He addressed my questions, but the next day, they called to say they were rescinding the offer. It felt completely unethical, especially since I turned down another offer based on their verbal commitment. They didn't even give me a chance to accept or decline after extending the verbal offer.

Business Analyst
I had a 30 minute phone interview with the CTO after the recruiter called me initially. During the interview, I learned there was some restructuring and I wouldn't report to the CTO, but someone else who was on the call but didn't speak. The role's responsibilities were unclear, and the recruiter actually described it better. This is a new position, and the person hired will need to map processes from scratch, work on the backlog, and then some new projects. The CTO didn't make the job sound interesting or challenging, and I didn't see much growth opportunity. They didn't ask about my experience, and I couldn't get a good feel for their niche in the hospitality industry. Their service seems like it will become standard in POS systems soon, and without a niche, they'll face competition or try to sell quickly. It wasn't a good fit, so I didn't send a thank you. I told the recruiter the next day I wasn't interested.

Sales Development Representative
The interview process involved an initial phone call, followed by a Skype interview. After that, I traveled to Chicago for in-person interviews. I met with HR one-on-one, the VP of Sales one-on-one, an Account Executive one-on-one, and then a panel interview with two Sales Development Representatives. The whole thing took about a month to a month and a half from the first interview to getting the offer.

Event Marketing Manager
Interviewed with Sertifi and went through the whole process, talking to 6 people. After 3 weeks from the last interview, they told me they were still interviewing other candidates and that I didn't answer some questions to their satisfaction because I mentioned I had an NDA. Since they couldn't handle interviewing properly, I decided to withdraw my candidacy, as I was concerned about the team and working conditions.
