First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sertec.
Brand Manager
Had an interview with HR, then an interview with the head of the area, a consultation with an expert, a visit with suppliers, a document review, and finally signing the contract and onboarding. The job offer was also made during the interview, and we started negotiating the salary so it would be effective upon starting. They also asked for urine and blood tests.
- Tell me about your experience in this industry.
Customer Service Representative
First, you have to call a job hotline and answer questions via an automated system. If you pass that, a manager will call you to come in for testing. The test involves grammar and problem-solving and is timed. If you pass the test, you'll have a face-to-face interview with HR. You'll also listen to a phone call and take notes, and do a typing test. After the final interview, I got a call about a week later saying I got the job.
- What are some areas for personal improvement you can identify?
Production Operator
Great experience, polite people, easy questions, no difficulties. The interviewer asks the candidate questions to understand their professional profile, experience, knowledge, and interest in the company. To make the interview process more effective, the candidate can research the company, bring questions for the interview, and have self-awareness.

The interview process was quite interesting and I mostly enjoyed it. I'm hoping I'll like the job and have the opportunity to grow in my career, and I'm eager to be able to help others.
