I applied for this role and the whole process took about a month, ending with an in-person interview. I really enjoyed all the interviews, so I was pretty bummed when they totally ghosted me after that. I had to reach out to HR myself to get any kind of response, and it was a generic "you don't have enough experience," which was super frustrating because my resume clearly showed I did. It felt like a waste of my time and PTO I took for the in-person, and I felt misled by the whole thing.

The interview process at Serino Coyne was quite thorough. It began with a phone call, and then I spent about 6 weeks meeting various team members. What stood out was their transparency; they always let me know what to expect next and followed through. The HR contact was really helpful, answering all my questions quickly and clearly. It was a great experience overall, and they have a solid vetting process. I'm excited to join this team. It was nice meeting people who were down-to-earth and pleasant, making the creative work feel challenging but enjoyable, which is how it should be.

The interview process was short but covered everything, and it was a really nice experience. No questions felt out of place or tricky. They really wanted to get to know me. I met with the hiring manager and the HR director one-on-one, and also the director of the department I applied to. I got to ask my own questions too. Everyone was super friendly.

The interview process was pretty good, not too hard but not too easy. The boss and HR were nice and gave good details about the company and the job scope. I could ask anything I wanted. It was an easy interview.
