Behavioral Other

I went through four interviews and was ghosted after promises were made. The only professional interview was the initial phone call; all subsequent interviews were disorganized and chaotic. They sent the wrong date and time confirmation multiple times. After the final interview, I was told there would be one more with upper management, but I received no follow-up and my emails went unanswered. It was unprofessional, and I hope they run their business better than how they treat candidates.

I talked to HR first, then the person I would report to. It was a really good experience, they told me a lot about the role and I felt like I knew what was going on the whole time.

It was a 30-minute phone interview. It was pretty simple and basic, just to get to know each other and talk about what the job entails. We discussed what I'm currently doing and what would be needed of me in the new position. We also talked about what will change when people return to the office.
