First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Serendipity Labs.
General Manager
I went through four interviews and was ghosted after promises were made. The only professional interview was the initial phone call; all subsequent interviews were disorganized and chaotic. They sent the wrong date and time confirmation multiple times. After the final interview, I was told there would be one more with upper management, but I received no follow-up and my emails went unanswered. It was unprofessional, and I hope they run their business better than how they treat candidates.
