The interview process with Serco was really smooth and straightforward. I had the initial recruiter and pre-screening calls, which were pretty much what I expected. After that, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. They went into detail about my experience and what the company is looking for in an employee. It was a very organized process, and all the information I received via email was clear and to the point.

My interview process spanned a few weeks. It started with my resume submission. Then, I had a phone screening with HR, followed by an interview with HR. Next, there was a panel round with internal department folks. After that, I interviewed with the department head, who is the hiring manager.

The hiring process was super quick and easy because it was part of a big hiring event where they hired over 400 people in just one week. They offer two shifts: morning and night. The training lasted for a whole month, and the benefits are really good.

The interview process was good, but it was too lengthy. I waited there from 10 am to 4 pm, then they conducted my interview. Everything was good, but they are not considering any experience if you have.
