I went through a boutique recruiting firm that told me they wanted somebody with high-energy. At the interview, we spent a great deal of time talking about culture and how our mutual values aligned. Emphasized high-energy and enthusiasm. Didn't hear back until a week later. Was surprised when I didn't move on to the next round because I wasn't a "culture fit." Really disappointed by the misinformation and lack of transparency.

I was referred by a recruiter for this position. The interview process was pretty chaotic, but the people were nice. They did ask some inappropriate questions like if I was married, if I had a boyfriend, and where he worked. I also had to wait for almost an hour for one of the partners, which could be good practice for the job.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved two rounds of written submissions covering your background, motivations, and thought process. This was followed by an interview with a partner and then a SuperDay event in San Francisco. The interviews were primarily behavioral and background-focused, with a brief test on research efficiency. Everyone involved was very friendly and approachable.

Behavioral Technical

Overall, it was a great experience. They asked good questions and the people were nice. I enjoyed the process; they have a thoughtful approach. It was nice and thorough. I think they are true professionals and I would recommend them for sure. They take their jobs seriously, but not themselves. They have high integrity, but also high ego, which isn't the worst.
