I applied for the role and went through a general phone screen and then an interview with the hiring manager. I wouldn't interview with them again because they weren't transparent. I was excited to join the company because I showed my skills and fit for the role. The hiring manager said an offer was coming. I followed up two weeks later and again the next month but never heard back. I figured the worst. I don't think highly of this company now. If you like being ghosted and have promises broken, this is the place for you.

First, I had a phone call with HR that lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then, I had an in-person interview with the manager. After that, there was a second interview which was a panel interview with three people. The panel interviewers didn't seem very engaged, didn't ask many questions, and didn't seem knowledgeable about what they were supposed to ask. Following that, HR emailed asking for my references and stating they would make a final decision. My references later told me one person wasn't even contacted. The HR's steps seemed a bit questionable, and they weren't very responsive. I was expecting an offer after the reference check, but I received a generic email saying I wasn't selected. I asked for feedback, but the HR didn't respond. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I'm currently unemployed and need a new job quickly.

It was a lengthy process with quite a few interviews. First, there was a chat with the recruiter. Then, I had two rounds where I met with panels of interviewers, each panel having 2 to 4 people. Finally, after all those interviews, there was another one to go over the status of my application.

It all kicked off with a recruiter call to set up a chat. The first round was with my potential manager, focusing on my experience and if I'd fit in. Then, for the second round, two junior folks with 4-8 years of experience interviewed me. Honestly, it felt weird for someone with over 15 years of experience to be interviewed by juniors. They seemed a bit lost on what to ask and ended up just asking behavioral questions I'd already aced. A couple of days later, the recruiter called to say I didn't get the job. Still trying to figure out what went wrong.
