Consultant
First, I had an hour-long hr chat with a lot of situational questions. After passing a technical assessment, I had a final round with two interviewers. One focused on my resume for technical questions, and the other asked situational questions. I got an offer a week later.
- Can you explain the HVAC cycle?
- If you had to choose between taking an elephant or a giraffe to work, which would it be and why?
Consultant
The interview included a brief initial chat, some test questions, and then another interview. The focus was on your thought process rather than just your existing knowledge, though having a basic grasp of engineering principles is beneficial.
- What motivates your interest in consulting?
- Can you describe your problem-solving approach?
- What is your familiarity with engineering fundamentals?
Marketing Coordinator
The interview process was really chill and made me feel comfortable. First, I had a quick chat with the recruiter over the phone. Then, about a week later, I went to their office for an in-person interview. This meeting included the recruiter and the VP of Business Development. They asked stuff that was directly related to the job I applied for.
- What changes would you make to our website?
- What are your thoughts on our current social media presence?
