First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SEO.com.
Software Engineer
Got an email from HR first, then had a quick phone chat. After that, they emailed to set up another call, this time not technical, with the manager. The last interview was with the team. They said they'd follow up but never did.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Summer Analyst
The interview process involved two 30-minute phone interviews with two alumni from SEO, who are in high-level positions. All questions were behavioral, focusing on my family and volunteer experience. SEO is an organization that provides voluntary guidance for young students applying for financial jobs and is very helpful in the application process.
- Could you tell me about your family members?
- Can you talk about your family?
- Tell me about your volunteer experience.
Digital Marketing Specialist
I first spoke with a director at the company for an initial chat. After that, I met with two more people. It felt pretty laid-back but still professional. We talked about my past jobs, what I know about digital marketing, when I could start, and if I knew anyone there. It was a good chat, and I really liked it.
- How would you handle an unhappy client?
