First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Senturion.
Account Manager
So there were 3 interviews for this gig. The first one was a quick Zoom chat with the CEO, just to see if we vibe with the company. Then, you head into the office for the second interview. Your potential boss basically asks you the same stuff, but with a slightly different spin. After that, you go into a meeting room to get a feel for the team and see the training stuff they do, which is mostly practicing pitches and getting some pointers from the CEOs. The last interview is with the CEO again, to see if they want to make an offer. Pretty straightforward questions all around.
- Can you describe your personality and key traits?
- What makes you believe this company is a suitable match for you?
- What are your personal strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Representative
It's a good idea to arrive about 30 minutes early for your scheduled time. They have you complete their own application form and a questionnaire. The interviewer seemed nice enough but got a bit defensive when I brought up the reviews I saw on Glassdoor. I asked him several times if the pay was based on a draw against commission, as a former employee had mentioned, but he kept insisting it was hourly plus commission. We just didn't click. He also wasn't thrilled that I was trying to interview him as well. I'm trying to avoid ending up in another job I dislike.
- How would you go about mentoring your fellow sales team members?
Manager
The whole process took about 2 weeks. The first interview was with the assistant manager, who asked why I thought I was a fit and about my past experience. The second interview was with the supervisor who would eventually hire me, asking the same questions. The third interview was with the CEO, which was just a formality and they asked the same questions again.
- Why do you think you are a perfect fit for this job?
- Why should we hire you?
- What is your long term aspiration or goal and how would we contribute to it?
Account Manager
The experience was great! I got a quick response. The first call was brief and pleasant. Upper management will interview you after the recruiter reaches out to schedule it.
- Could you describe your most difficult day at work?
- What was your most satisfying day at work?
