So, I had two interviews that seemed really promising, but then I just got ghosted. It's been over 3 weeks with no response. The interviews were with a recruiter, then a manager and another project manager. They both said they'd let me know in a couple of weeks either way. I've sent emails asking for an update, but no luck.

The interview process was a positive experience. The staff members were pleasant and courteous. I appreciated being welcomed by the secretary, who ensured I had everything I needed while waiting. After completing my application, I took about five computer-based tests, followed by two interviews.

First, you apply on their website, and they reach out to you between 1-3 business days. You have to complete an assessment for customer service, and typing assessment, and if it is a work-at-home position then you will be required to test your internet abilities. If successful, then you will be contacted by a recruiter once all is done and set up an interview. After the interview or during the interview (depending on contract and location) you will discover whether you are hired or not. They will inform you of training dates and let you know you must pass a drug screen etc.
