Program Manager
The interview process was calm and engaging, it felt like a conversation and not an interrogation. Ultimately, I would say understanding the day to day objectives is critical. Also, the working environment may be something that one should inquire about as it varies.
- What qualifications do you have for this role?
Probation Officer
I was curious about hiring for a Probation Officer role since I knew they had a lot of people leaving. I wanted to get some experience, so I took my resume to the Office Manager. They called me back that same afternoon to set up an interview. The interview was pretty basic, asking if I could handle the job, if I could type, and if I'd show up on time. A few days later, HR in California sent me a link for an online test and told me how to do a drug test nearby. After I finished those, I got an offer by email with my start date and the standard $12/hour pay. There wasn't much training, you just figure things out as you go. And that's how I became a Probation Officer.
- Can you handle this position?
- Are you able to type?
- Will you be on time for work?
Financial Representative
It was a two to one ratio interview. It was very nerve wrecking but over all it was ok. After everything was said and done I asked questions about the company as well like -what was the turn over rate and how can I gain from working with the company.
- What do you know about our company?
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What makes you unique?
Assistant Manager
The interview focused on how you'd handle job pressure and customer service scenarios. They also asked about your ability to work in a call center environment. The interviewer wanted to gauge your ability to handle difficult situations and assess your potential happiness in a call center role requiring long hours of sitting.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult or irate customer. What was the situation and how did you resolve it?
