So, after I applied, a recruiter reached out to chat. Then, I had this phone interview with the main contractor to see if they liked my background and what I bring. Finally, the contract's lead program manager interviewed me.

It was a good interview, pretty standard start. They wanted to get to know me and my career aspirations better. Then, the interviewer jumped right into the questions. After that, they mentioned the company would reach out to set up a follow-up interview with some subject matter experts.

Applied online. Recruiter reached out, confirmed my resume details and asked about my salary expectations. They needed to make sure I could be paid that much, then scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was straightforward and went well. There were four interviewers, seemingly in different places. They asked a lot about my RMF experience in the industry and sector, so I understood their questions. The interviewers were friendly but thorough. They explained the company and my potential role. By the end, they indicated I'd get the job, pending team assignment. Since there's no local office, it's a remote position. They asked if this was acceptable. They also inquired about my travel preferences. I got an offer letter two days later, including benefits info and an option for a personality test for onboarding.
