First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sensata Technologies.
Software Engineer
My first interview was a brief intro. The interviewer talked up the learning potential but mentioned common weekend shifts, maybe rotational. They cut me short asking me to speed up my intro, seemed busy. They said the next step would be an on-site visit. I'm not sure if it's a software role, sounds more like electronics. Haven't heard back yet.
- Do you have experience with C++?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Software Engineer
Round 1 was an HR screening where they asked general, mostly behavioral questions, not technical ones. Round 2 was a technical round, more of a conversation based on my resume, with questions derived from it.
- Can you describe a project you were involved in?
Software Engineer
It was a 1 hour interview. First half hour was a technical interview, then we talked about experience and had a friendly chat. Overall, a pleasant process, though it did go off topic a bit, making it a little unprofessional.
- Regarding SQL injection, can you explain how you would resolve it?
