Started with calls/zooms, then an in-person interview. Early calls were general chats about the role and my background. The in-person part got more into the role and responsibilities. I also had to do an example of how I'd make a direct impact.

First, you have to fill out an application, you can do it online or in person. The online application didn't work so they mailed me one, which made things take longer. If they think you're a good fit, the owner will call you for an initial interview. If you both think it's a good match, they'll do a background check. If that's good, they'll schedule a final interview and make you a job offer.

I first spoke with Daniel Jan, and then I had an interview with Philip Yocum. Philip mentioned he would set up a time for me to talk with Kiran and Namrata Yocum, but this never happened, and I didn't hear anything from him, which left me wondering what was going on. The interview with Philip was quite lengthy, and no matter what answer I gave him, he would always ask for more details. It felt like some answers couldn't be elaborated on any further. I was really disappointed that after investing so much time with him, he didn't follow up with me. I did try to contact him and left a message, but he never got back to me.
