Business Systems Analyst
The hiring process was pretty straightforward, with 2-3 rounds of interviews on personality and skills. The questions were mostly based on resume and were designed to test if you are proficient in the skills mentioned on resume.
- Can you describe a situation where you used business analysis principles?
Marketing Specialist
I had a great experience with this company, very positive and professional interactions. I'm not sure why I didn't get the job, but that's how it goes. Everyone was extremely gracious and thoughtful. The questions were open-ended and conversational. I would definitely recommend this company to a qualified colleague. Best of luck.
- Can you explain your understanding of the SWH mission?
Clinical
It took a while to get through because their intake process is slow and disorganized. It seems like the different departments don't communicate well. Everything was done by mail or Zoom because we couldn't meet in person due to COVID.
- Tell me about yourself and your background.
- Are you willing to undergo a background check?
Financial Analyst
I was contacted by the HR manager and then had four in-person interviews with senior financial analysts and the CFO.
- Could you please provide an overview of your resume?
- SQL proficiency is quite important, can you elaborate on your experience with it?
