My process started back in November. I had an interview with HR and a second one with the area manager. In both, I got great feedback and I was sure I had the opportunity. Months went by and no contact from the company. I spoke with HR a few times via WhatsApp, but the answer was that the process was moving forward internally and that they would give me some position soon. Three months passed, and I finally received the company's rejection via email, saying they opted for another candidate, but without any explanation or feedback. I feel very frustrated because the interviews were all very nice and the feedback didn't come with any explanation as to why I didn't get the opportunity.
