First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Senior LIFE.
Social Worker
I met with upper management for one interview, and also met my potential coworkers, and got to ask questions. It was informal and comfortable. I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
- How would you de-escalate a client?
Nurse
The process was really efficient and everything went well, from setting it up to the actual interview day. They got back to me about the decision quickly, which was nice. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Do you know what LIFE stands for?
Social Worker
It was an easy interview process. They did a good job explaining the position. The executive director and program director were both there for the interview, which felt informal and not that intimidating. I got a call back two days later with an offer.
- How do you feel about home visits?
Sales Agent
It was a pretty basic interview, they just asked if I had a license and if I was open to paying for leads. It was very cut and dry, and then you meet with the hiring manager.
- Can you follow our proven system?
