I sent in my application online and got a call back pretty fast, within a week. We scheduled the interview, and then a week later I heard back that I got the job! They were really cool about the whole transition thing and let me take a whole month to start.

The interview at Senior Helpers was a really good and smooth experience. The recruiter was nice and seemed interested in my background and my caregiving experience. They explained the job and the company culture clearly. When I asked questions, the recruiter answered them well and gave more details. I didn't feel stressed during the chat. After I left, I heard back quickly about setting up more interviews. The whole thing gave me a good idea of the company and the job, and I felt comfortable as a candidate. This made me want to keep going with their hiring process.

The interview process was good and went quickly, starting right away. It was fine at first, but then it got kind of bad. After I got hired, the management and scheduling became really disorganized. They would make you take shifts or change them at the last minute. It was just a mess.

I learned about the opening from a family friend at Senior Helpers. I sent her my resume on Monday, and she forwarded it to the owner. He reached out two days later, and I had an interview on Wednesday. I arrived 10 minutes early but had to wait 20 minutes past the scheduled time. The interview went well; the owner was friendly and easy to talk to. He asked me to come back on Thursday to speak with the current office manager. He then called me on Friday with a job offer, and I started the following Monday.
