I had several interviews without a clear agenda, and they asked the same things multiple times. The first was with the HR manager online. Then, a face-to-face with my potential manager. Lastly, I met with one of the managing directors. After the three interviews, the HR manager gave me positive feedback, but after waiting several months for communication from them, I reached out again. They ghosted me.

Three stages: a call, an interview with engineering management, and an interview with the workgroup. It was good for getting to know the company and explaining how I would fit the role. The last stage was directly discussing technical matters related to the role at the company.

It was a waste of time. The interview was poorly structured, with very general questions and they showed a lack of knowledge about the role. The focus was on a consultant profile, different from what was published as 'Lead'. I didn't receive any feedback or further communication, even after contacting them to ask for an update.

It was simple and fast, there were no technical questions and it was more about talking a bit about the role and what would be done, not so many questions to the candidate. Although in the end they chose someone else for the position.
