First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Seneca One Finance.
Marketing
I had a phone interview with two people, one from HR and another who seemed to be a Marketing Consultant. After that, I had three more interviews with the CEO and other leaders. It seemed like a good match, but they never got back to me after I followed up with HR. They were unprofessional because they weren't upfront with me. Stay away from this place.
- Tell me about a time you had to think outside the box.
Executive Assistant
I met with the HR acquisition lead and the CEO's Executive Assistant at a local book store. I had to wait a bit while they finished up an interview with someone else before me. It was a pretty chill interview.
- Can you share your experience?
- Describe your highest level of support experience.
Software Engineer
I applied through a recruiter. The process started with a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting. I met with two people from my future team around a table. It was pretty casual. We discussed my resume and they told me about upcoming projects at the company. There weren't many technical questions. Everything happened really fast because they needed someone right away.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- Could you describe some of the projects the company has coming up?
Account Executive
I had an initial HR call, then a follow-up phone interview, and finally, an in-person interview at the office. All the interviewers were well-prepared with specific questions, and they made me feel like I was a strong contender. They got back to me with feedback within a couple of days after the final meeting.
- Can you tell me about the most challenging sale you've ever closed?
