They'll get your hopes up and then ghost you. They seem really nice, but they're just wasting your time. It's not personal, they're a small, unknown firm.
- Can you describe a situation where you resolved a problem?

So the interview process had a 30 minute phone screening. Then there were two 30 minute behavioral interviews. The final round consisted of two more 30 minute behavioral interviews. No case questions were asked. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and easy to chat with.

- Describe a situation where you had to deliver constructive feedback.

The whole thing took 2 days. We kicked off with a dinner the night before with everyone, the other candidates and some of the team. Then the next morning we had a bunch of interviews with different people from the company at various levels. We finished up with lunch nearby where I spoke with a couple of the interviewers one-on-one.
