Behavioral

So it started with a quick screening call, then I had a 1 hour virtual behavioral interview with a manager. They hit me with about 5-6 behavioral questions. After that, I had to come in for another in-person behavioral interview. It was pretty much the same as the virtual one, some questions even repeated. No case study or anything like that. They're really looking for someone who fits the culture, not just someone with good answers. Best advice is to really try and connect with your interviewer first, then answer honestly using the STAR method. It's a pretty simple process and they want you to do well.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First you have an initial phone call with a recruiter. Then you do two behavioral interviews remotely. The final round is a case study, a panel session with the board, lunch, and a behavioral interview. They cover your travel and give you a hotel room across from the office for the final round. You get to network a lot and they are really nice. You hear back in 4 weeks.

I only went through the first round, which had two interviews with two managers. All the questions were behavioral, and each interview had about 4-5 questions, lasting around an hour each, making it two hours total for the first round interview.
