Behavioral Case

Interviewed last December. Two rounds of interviews. 1st round is two 1-hour behavioral based interviews with multiple follow-up questions. I enjoyed speaking to one of the people but the other was very off-putting. 2nd round is in their office with a short behavioral based interview and a case study. Case study is very ambiguous and does not really test you on anything important. Staff is super friendly but there is a 'different vibe', not bad but also not a place that seems challenging. Not your typical consulting company I would say. Also, glassdoor is overestimating the salary offer I got.

Behavioral Other

It was a thorough process. First, there was a coffee/gatekeeper session to see if it was a good fit. Then, the first office interview was with a Manager and Senior Managers, focusing only on behavioral and professional situation/experience questions. No case interview. The second office interview was with Principals and the CEO, also focusing only on behavioral and professional situation/experience questions and no case interview.

HR screens you, then you have back-to-back interviews for the second round. After that, it's back-to-back interviews in person. It's pretty straightforward, just STAR questions. They're a staffing company for new college grads and won't negotiate salary.
