First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Senator International.
Logistics Coordinator
The interviewers were friendly and asked role-specific questions rather than generic behavioral ones. We discussed the role, and it became clear it wasn't what I was looking for, but they were understanding. Overall, a positive experience.
- Where do you see yourself fitting in with our company?
Import Coordinator
I found the job on LinkedIn and heard back from the Branch Manager who asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I chatted with the Branch Manager and the Dept Manager, and it was really helpful.
- What's making you want to leave your current job?
Import/Export Specialist
I showed up 15 minutes early for my interview. It was during COVID, which made it interesting. The people were really nice and polite. The interview lasted for about an hour and a half, but it didn't feel that long. I wish all my interviews were this great.
- Could you tell me about your greatest challenge?
Logistics Services Kaufmann
The interview was relaxed, open, and honest, which is great when you're applying for a job. After about an hour, everything was settled, and I received an offer a week later. I signed the contract straight away and started two months after that.
