This interview process was pretty balanced, even though the specific role I was interviewing for shifted mid-way due to internal changes. The interview structure didn't change or get more complicated, and the discussions stayed on track. It really showed me how crucial it is to vibe with your potential future teammates.

The interview was fair and the questions weren't hard. The recruiter was nice and put me at ease, though many questions did come up. They really dug into my past work.

The recruiter had internet issues at the start, which was a bit disruptive. The explanation of the company's divisions and the role was given really fast and was hard to follow; some visuals would've helped a lot. I thought 'remote' meant I could work from anywhere, but they have specific location requirements and asked if I wanted remote or office work, which felt a bit contradictory. If there are big issues with my profile, I wish they'd just say so upfront so I could explain. We didn't talk about salary at all, and how it relates to living costs, especially for my location. The recruiter also made it sound like we all just work in Cyprus, which felt a bit like pressure to pick that location and ignored other options. Overall, the interview experience wasn't as good as I'd hoped because of how the recruiter handled things, even though I'm not sure I'm the perfect fit right now.
