The process was pretty quick, lasting about a month with weekly interviews. It involved 3 stages: one with the hierarchy to whom I would report, and another entirely in English. The HR team was very friendly and attentive with follow-ups.

It was a pretty straightforward process with just two interviews. The first one was online, and then the second one was in person at the office. I actually spoke with the same person for both. The questions weren't too hard, and they gave me an offer the very next day.

The interview process was pretty standard and used a very basic methodology. The questions were very basic and repetitive, without going into detail or letting you express yourself beyond meeting the basic requirement. The technical part of the interview wasn't difficult, and the profile seems more suited for someone who gets along well and doesn't cause problems, rather than someone with knowledge and initiative.

Applied for a Cybersecurity Project Manager position and went through several rounds of interviews, ending with a final chat with a senior IT manager. My initial meeting with two IT project leads was good, professional, and collaborative. However, the second interview felt rushed and unorganized. It took place on a Friday afternoon, and the manager seemed distracted, even working during our call. This lack of focus, especially in a final-round discussion, came across as unprofessional and dismissive. There was also clear disorganization on the recruiting end. One recruiter seemed unsure about the schedule and format of the second interview, which added to the general confusion. I was told I'd get an update the next week, but I ended up waiting over two weeks with no real news. I followed up a few times and got a brief reply, but no clear answers or resolution. Meanwhile, the applicant portal kept saying 'onsite interview scheduled' for weeks without any changes. Even more concerning, my application status was later changed to 'withdrawn' without my input, which makes me question internal management or system glitches. To make matters worse, the company kept reposting the same job on LinkedIn after my second interview, offering no explanation about my standing. My advice to management: if your company truly believes in integrity, people-first leadership, and transparency, it needs to show that in how it treats candidates. People who get through multiple interviews deserve timely updates and professional courtesy. At a minimum, a simple 'yes' or 'no' after final interviews is expected. Poor follow-through doesn't just reflect on the hiring team; it speaks volumes about the company culture.
