It was a quick interview process. I had one 30 minute virtual meeting with the purchasing director and specialist. They sent me an offer by email soon after. The questions were mostly about my past experience.

I had a verbal interview with the search committee of 4 people. Then I had to do a teaching demo with students and an impromptu writing demo. After that, there was a long wait for the offer call. It felt like forever, but HR eventually called one afternoon with the job offer, and I accepted.

Got a call about 3-4 weeks after applying. The interview was at the campus I applied to. There was also a 30-40 minute writing sample based on the job. The interview itself was with a search committee of 4 people in a classroom. They had questions written down and took turns asking them. They also asked if I could work Saturdays or after hours when things get busy.

Committee interviews. It’s a long process with their HR. Don’t get discouraged if you apply and don’t hear back for a while. Usually a two step process of committee interview and presentation and then interview with whoever is hiring.
