Was contacted and set up my own interview time online. I arrived 20 minutes early, but the interview started almost 20 minutes late. The interviewer mostly spoke about the company and didn't ask many questions. I was informed that if they wanted to proceed to a second interview, they'd contact me later that day. Surprisingly, I later got an email stating I missed my interview, which felt strange. Also, they didn't cover parking costs, which was unexpected.

I was contacted for an interview and upon arrival had to fill out a redundant sheet. The actual "interview" was super short, maybe 5 minutes. They told me about the job and the company's internal promotion policy, then asked me for one word to describe myself. They didn't ask anything about my experience or let me ask questions. Apparently, this was just a meet-and-greet before a real interview round. It felt like a waste of time to come in for such a brief meeting.
