I applied for a role with Selene but never made it to the interview process. It took them almost 10 months to send me an email stating the requisition was cancelled, with no other communication. I discovered that on the same day they cancelled the posting, they put up a new one for the exact same role. I wasn't considered and suspect they are just collecting resumes. I know this company well, and after this, I wouldn't consider a role there.

I interviewed with a supervisor and a VP. Neither seemed very prepared, and the supervisor I'd be working with seemed unhappy, possibly stressed and dissatisfied with her job. She mentioned not being able to take time off for holidays due to busyness. The interview started unusually with a question about handling workplace conflict, instead of the typical 'tell me about yourself' or 'why do you want to work here.' She also appeared very serious throughout. I realized early on it was a waste of time and I wouldn't accept an offer even if it was extended.
