The interview process involved multiple rounds. It was a good company experience with supportive staff, including administration. The manager and team lead were also very good and supportive. The experience included a fun Friday activity which was good. Overall, the company seems like a good place to work.

Give candidates a couple of days notice once you have reviewed their CVs and made your selection so they can make arrangements to get to the interview. Let them know about the interview structure, like if they are expected to take tests or bring examples of their work, so they can come fully prepared. Also, let them know before they meet you how long it will take to make the hiring decision and how many stages are in the interview.
