First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Select Rehabilitation.
Support Worker
It was a really easygoing interview, the environment was lovely and calm, which made me feel at ease. There were only about 10 questions in total, and I found the whole experience very relaxed. They asked about my relevant experience and how I approach treating staff and providing support.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience in this field?
Instructor
The interview process included competence questions from the job advert. They asked about real-life situations, giving good and bad examples, and what-if scenarios. There were two interviewers. You need to relate your experiences to situations that would copy the job role. It was a straightforward 20-minute interview.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced a specific situation and how you handled it?
- What were some of the competence-based questions that were asked based on the job advert?
- Can you give examples of good and bad real-life situations you have encountered?
Physical Therapist
It was a straightforward interview process, with no difficult questions. They asked about my salary expectations and my experience in the field. If you're interviewing for a full-time role, make sure to ask about productivity expectations.
- In what types of settings have you previously worked?
Compliance Manager
I applied online and the Hiring Manager reached out the same day by email to schedule an initial interview. It went well and she asked about my skills, training, and knowledge for the role. On that same day, I also interviewed with another Compliance Manager. The next step was a work product where I had to outline my approach for two investigation scenarios. I got feedback quickly after submitting it and was invited to a Meet the Team Zoom meeting that week. Two days after that meeting, I got the offer. The whole process was super fast and I'm excited to join this company!
- What skills, training, and knowledge can you bring to this job?
- For these two investigation scenarios, what steps would you take?
