The interview was in a friendly and professional vibe. I was met by the HR manager's assistant and taken to a meeting room. After a short wait, the HR representative and the department head greeted me and gave a brief intro to the company. Then, I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my past career. After that, there were some job-related questions about my studies, past projects, and why I want this job. They also asked about my soft skills, teamwork, and how I work. Finally, I got to ask my own questions about the company, team, and what's next. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and felt nice and respectful. Two days later, I got good news and an invite for a second interview.
